Reservations

The person(s) or party registering is responsible for all charges and/or any damages to room, furnishings, fixtures, or property and agrees to reimburse Big Star RV Park by the credit card provided and also gives Big Star RV Park authorization to do so should damage occur. It is acknowledged that this policy agreement applies to the continuation of this party’s stay and covers all future reservations that may be created if their stay is extended.

Reservations for long term stays are only guaranteed through the period that the reservation is confirmed and paid for in full. When available, the park host or reservation staff may work to block your unit from future reservations from other parties, should you communicate your need to stay for an extended period of time. Please note, this activity is done as a courtesy and not a guarantee of availability. If an extension reservation is made, it must be paid in full prior to the end of your current reservation.

Reservations are non refundable once a stay has begun.

Big Star RV Park is proud to provide accommodations to the traveling workforce in Big Springs, TX. Guests are responsible for making reservations and reservation extensions in increments that align with the possibility of work reassignments and project cancellations. Reservations or extension reservations that have already begun are not eligible for refund due to changes in work assignments.

Prepaid reservations are due a 100% refund if canceled 14 days in advance of the start date and 50% refund if canceled 7 days in advance of the start date. No refund is due if the reservation is canceled less than 7 days before the stay starts.

Tiny Home Care

Please do not set AC lower than 70°F at any time. Failure to comply may damage the climate control system and will result in damage charges to your card on file.

To help conserve energy, please adjust the thermostat to 78° when the house is empty for the day.

For the comfort of all guests, smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the Tiny Home. If any evidence of smoking is found, charges will apply to the card on file.

Parking is permitted in front of the reserved Tiny Home for up to 2 vehicles. 

We understand that your pets are part of the family. If you plan to bring a furry friend along it must be disclosed to the reservations or park staff. A $30 pet fee per reservation is required. Additionally, pets may only frequent the designated dog park area and owners must pick up after their pets every time. Failure to pick up after your pet will result in additional fees. No aggressive pets allowed. Pets must be leashed any time they are outside of the tiny home or dog park. No exceptions.

No items may be kept outside of the home at any time. Keep the area clean and always kept. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the trash immediately..

Open flames are prohibited within the tiny home for any reason.  BBQ grills are located throughout the park. Please do not use any personal grills outside of any of the tiny homes. 

For the proper functioning of our plumbing, please refrain from flushing any sanitary products, wipes, paper towels, Q-tips, or even “flushables” down the toilet.  Kindly put all coffee grounds, food debris, grease, oils, and fat in the trash.

Units will be provided with a starter set of paper towels and toilet paper. Guests are expected to furnish their own supplies for the remainder of the stay.

Guests are expected to keep their unit reasonably cleaned at all times. There are no housekeeping visits during stays. Guests are expected to launder the towels in their own unit as they need. Do not launder the bed duvet. Should you be in need of a new duvet, please contact the park host.

Long term stays may require park staff to enter the unit for maintenance and inspection. Park staff will notify you and set a time with reasonable accommodation.

Guests are asked to complete all checkout instructions and leave the unit in reasonable condition. Failure to complete checkout steps or excessive filth may result in additional charges on the card on file.

Should you have any concerns with your unit you must report it to the park host immediately. They may be reached at 432-256-4148.

Park Grounds

Big Star RV Park and Staff assumes no responsibility for accidents or injury to guests, loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

The speed limit for the park is a gentle 10 MPH. This is strictly enforced.

The park is designed to be driven in a one-way loop. Please follow this traffic flow.

Guests must check in with the Park Host to obtain a parking pass for their vehicle.  There should be no more than 2 cars per home and 4 residents per home

Anyone under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times. Our underage guests must be accompanied and supervised by an adult to visit the pool and clubhouse areas. Guests that do not follow this may be restricted from using these areas or asked to leave the park.

Pool and Clubhouse hours are subject to change at any time. The pool may be closed at any time the staff sees fit. Pool availability is not guaranteed and not a valid reason for a refund.

To maintain the privacy and peace of our guests, we ask that there be no soliciting on the property.

Big Star RV Park reserves the right to direct any guest or visitor to vacate the premises should they be found to be in violation of the policy without a refund.
