We stayed in a couple parks in Big Spring while working in the area. By far Big Star RV was the nicest! Pool gym laundry and convenience to interstate and 10 minutes to downtown was great! Johnathan, the RV and tiny house host dog park and manager helped make our extended stay most pleasant! Thank you Johnathan and the staff! We will see you on the next trip!
Wow, lots of amenities! Grandkids loved the pool and hot tub even in the Texas heat, lol. Great place and I would definitely stay again!
Manager Jonathan is GREAT! Tiny homes clean quiet and worth the wait.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would , I have been there for almost 3 years in spot number 10 in last year it’s turn into a real s€#T hole ,, speeding traffic thru campground ,park guess dogs running and shitting wherever , most year the pool was green and dirt , park host says they can’t do anything, park host before this one was a drunk , NOW 2 weeks ago police called someone pull a gun on someone else here inside the park ,, That was confirmed by Howard County sheriffs department.. screwing people on what they charged from electric.. crying shame was a nice place NOT ANY MORE .. o don’t be fooled by the good reviews!!!!
Really nice and helpful camp host, just too loud for my liking. Interstate in front , trains in the back. A little more crowded than I like with all the tiny houses being added.
Nice park, no grass burrs.
Price was a bit much for monthly
$700+ electric + $150 deposit.
I would not consider it an RV resort.
Just my opinion.
after working a 50 hour shift on a rig the drunk management went thru my work truck and stole a sig saur 9mm from the center console. i make great $ and want nothing from these stupid fucks… they are theives and when you leave you never know what is going to happen to your stuff. i have been here for years and this place was fantastic until new management took over. i could care less about what they have to offer because more worried about the things they will steal while i am at work. oilfield workers take ur money somewhere else. if u just staying for a night or two go for it but lock your valuables up cuz the methed out workers and management will take it from your truck … if u have propane tanks outside hide them cuz they will take and use them to…. i loved this place up until new ownership. the new tiny houses are nice if your not worried about your stuff being stolen while your gone. if you have the money take it to the other 1000 places in the area cuz this place with its new ownership is not trustworthy anymore. it use to be and i loved it but as of now march 2nd 2024 i can tell you its not worth it…. id would gladly pay more or less just for the satisfaction of knowing my stuff wont be stolen while working a 50 hour shift on a rig.
This is a very nice RV park; the onsite park managers are so accommodating and friendly. They have gone out of their way to make sure we could have everything we needed. All the accommodations listed on the website are easily available. I will definitely stay here again if I am working in this area.
Big Star under new management!!! WiFi and cable be on and off for mostly OFF for over 2 months now ! Entrance and Exit HUGE potholes !! Lights out front not working ,, Road inside park is awful !! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
There are several RV parks in Big Spring Texas. Many of the RV parks cater to the oil workers, including this one. If you plan to spend the night, you need to call ahead. Most parks will cost you anywhere’s from $30 to $40 a night

We had a fine overnight stay here on our travels across the country. The camp host was very accommodating. I would not recommend staying if your rig is over 40 feet. We are 45 and it was difficult to get in a pull-through spot. Roxan Castillo2023-05-23Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Hubby and I LOVE this place. There's plenty of Mesquite Trees for some shade which is glorious compared to the flattened RV Parks to cram more campers into. We had plenty of room between us and neighbors. Showers and bathrooms extremely clean! No pink mold growing in shower like you see in some places. The club house and laundry area are very clean and spacious. I did my morning walks around the park and didn't even see cigarette butts on the ground. This place exceeded our expectations. Owner and staff exceptionally friendly and great customer service. We will be back!! Tobi Brim2023-02-12Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
